If you do anything slightly out of the ordinary with your book’s formatting, the automatic tools at KDP won’t handle it well. But if you keep it simple it oughta work well. I charge people for Kindle conversion because there are still enough glitches and hitches to frustrate non-geek users. (That’s not you.)
